Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a well‑established operation in the Romsey area. This role is ideal for candidates who hold a valid counterbalance licence and are seeking long‑term, stable employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving pallets and materials within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
• Must live in or near the Romsey area
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Strong reliability and good timekeeping
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
