Grounds Maintenance Operative £13.90p/h

We are currently recruiting 2 Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client’s team working across the Bournemouth and Poole area.

This is an outdoor role working as part of a team carrying out a variety of grounds maintenance duties.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8 paid hours per day
• Friday: 5 paid hours
• 37 hours per week- occasional overtime when the service requires it

Duties Include

• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
• Weeding and general grounds upkeep
• Light landscaping duties
• Operating ride-on mowers and other gardening equipment
• Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred
• Experience using ride-on mowers would be advantageous
• Full training will be provided
• Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A full valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
