Warehouse Operative/Van Delivery Driver – From £26,000 per year

RLM Jobs is now recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with our client based in the Romsey area,

With over 80,000 Sq Ft of warehouse capacity across their 4 service centre’s, our client have extensive processing facilities to compliment their huge stock range of products, and are recognized as one of the leading distributors of non-ferrous metals in the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their busy team in the Romsey Warehouse on a temp to perm basis. The role will involve picking customers orders, processing & packing material using various machinery including, circular & band saws. You will also be required to drive one of their 3.5t dropside vans, delivering to customers as and when required.

The ideal candidate is required to follow written & verbal instructions, working to a high standard with a keen eye for details. Be flexible in approach, a team player, fitting in with a small team. Willing to learn to operate the range of machinery (training will be provided).

A clean driving license is essential,

A Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.

Normal working hours would be 07:00 – 16:00 + overtime as required
